①【片側】（1つの側）one side;（片方）one;（もう片方）the other（◆oneとthe otherはしばしば対で用いる）
*ロープのもう一方の端　the other end of the rope
*船が急に一方に傾いた　The boat suddenly leaned [listed] to one side.
*この本の装丁は2種類ある.一方は廉価版でもう一方は革装だ　This book comes in two editions, one cheap and the other bound in leather.
